for 789rr Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the relevant section of this document.

Access to and use of the 789rr platform is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active. 789rr enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any stage.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any guardianship, curatorship, or other legal restriction on your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to register.
• Single account: You may hold only one Account on 789rr. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or account suspension imposed by 789rr or any other gaming platform of which you have notified us.
• Personal use: You must be registering and playing solely for your own personal entertainment. Using 789rr on behalf of any third party, or as part of any commercial arrangement, is prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration and during the KYC process must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

To use the 789rr platform, you must complete the registration process via the 789rr Login page. The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and your date of birth. By submitting your registration, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and agree to be bound by these Terms.

789rr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to state a reason. Circumstances in which an application may be declined include, but are not limited to: detection of duplicate account information, suspected fraudulent intent, failure to meet age requirements, or detection of access from a jurisdiction in which we have chosen not to offer services.

Account security. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with any other person. You must notify 789rr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 789rr will never contact you by email, phone, or chat to request your password.

Account closure by the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraudulent activity is under investigation.

Account closure by 789rr. 789rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a material breach of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, abuse of the bonus system, or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

789rr is committed to operating a safe, transparent platform free from fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering. As part of this commitment, we are required to verify the identity and age of players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds.

Documents we may request include:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address (e.g., a bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence) issued within the past three months and displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or other account used to deposit).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, where required to confirm that the person submitting documents is the account holder.

All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They are used solely for the purpose of identity and age verification and are stored securely for the period required by applicable regulatory obligations.

Currency. All transactions on 789rr are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are always visible before you initiate a transaction.

Supported payment methods. 789rr supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 789rr does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.

Deposit processing. Deposits confirmed by your bank or e-wallet are credited to your 789rr Account in real time or within minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes of transfer confirmation, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt for immediate investigation.

Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same Account, unless otherwise approved by our finance team following KYC verification.

Withdrawal conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Your KYC verification must be complete and approved.
2. Any active wagering requirement attached to a Bonus Balance must be fulfilled before Bonus Balance can be withdrawn.
3. Your Real Money Balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in your dashboard.
4. No active fraud investigation or account restriction may be in place on your Account at the time of the request.

Declined transactions. 789rr reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, we may request additional documentation before proceeding.

789rr offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day campaigns). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer.

Wagering requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus credits and free-spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the offer; any unfulfilled Bonus Balance expires at the end of that period.

Game contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rate for each game category is published on the bonus terms page accessible from your Account dashboard.

Bonus abuse. 789rr maintains automated and manual monitoring for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk or balanced wagering designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal exposure; multi-accounting to claim the same bonus more than once; and collusion between players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Balance voided, and the Account may be permanently suspended.

Single bonus per player. Where a promotion is marked as available to "new players" or "first-time depositors", it is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 789rr treats any attempt to claim a new-player bonus more than once as bonus abuse.

Right to amend or withdraw promotions. 789rr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without notice. Any bonus credit already accepted and subject to an active wagering requirement at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms unless a change is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Acceptance of game rules. By placing any wager on 789rr — whether on a slot title, live casino table, sportsbook market, togel draw, Sic Bo round, or any other gaming product — you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game as displayed within the game interface or on the relevant help page.

Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect display of odds, an incorrect payout, or an interrupted game session, 789rr reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Game outcomes generated by a malfunctioning system do not stand. 789rr's decision on the appropriate remedy in malfunction cases is final.

Sportsbook rules. Sportsbook wagers — including markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and e-sports events — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform, including rules on settlement timelines, void events, and in-play betting cut-offs. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are subject to their respective rule sets.

Prohibited conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 789rr and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing error, or rules loophole to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated wagering to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the 789rr platform.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

Final authority. In all disputes relating to game outcomes, sportsbook settlements, or bonus calculations, 789rr's records — as held on our secure servers — constitute the definitive record of the transaction. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on your device and the record on our servers, our server record prevails.

789rr is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment; it carries financial risk and is not a reliable method of generating income. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge the risks associated with gambling and agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if your gaming behaviour raises concern.

Player tools available on 789rr include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you may deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Automatic on-screen alerts appear after a defined period of continuous play to encourage you to take a break.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that 789rr take steps to prevent re-registration for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

All content on the 789rr platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, database structures, and page layouts — is either owned by 789rr or licensed to 789rr by the relevant game studios and software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 789rr platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform or its content. You may not copy, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the 789rr platform without our express prior written consent.

The 789rr name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of any 789rr trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement actionable at law.

Platform provided "as is". The 789rr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular game, market, or feature will be available at any specific time.

Exclusion of consequential losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 789rr's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances is 789rr liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

Player's own decisions. You acknowledge that all wagering decisions are made by you voluntarily, with full awareness of the risks involved. 789rr is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, changes in odds, or the expiry of bonus offers.

Third-party services. The 789rr platform integrates third-party game content, payment processors, and other services. 789rr is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party systems, nor for any loss arising directly from their failure. Issues with third-party payment networks (including bank transfer delays or e-wallet outages) that affect deposit or withdrawal processing are beyond 789rr's control.

789rr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at https://789rr.pro/privacy-policy. By registering on 789rr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data — including your name, date of birth, email address, payment account details, and gaming history — for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision and improvement of our gaming services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is stored on secure servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to 789rr staff and authorised third-party service providers who require that data to perform their functions in support of platform operations. 789rr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes that materially affect your rights or obligations will be communicated to you by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the 789rr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 3.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 789rr holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure.

Complaints procedure. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first raise your dispute with 789rr's customer support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours (WIB) and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
